HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær is seeking a Customer Care Agent for its Royston site in the UK. The role focuses on UK customers and some Export, with hybrid working and initial on-site training.

You will handle calls, quotes, orders and pricing inquiries, while collaborating across departments in a dynamic global team. The ideal candidate brings sales/service experience, strong English communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Formación

• Experience from a sales or service function where customer satisfaction has been paramount.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• German and/or French language skills would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SalesForce CRM experience as well as Oracle or SAP is a plus.
• Strong team and interpersonal skills.
• Task-oriented, self-motivated and flexible.
• Driven by customer satisfaction and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• As Customer Care Agent you will be responsible mainly for UK customers and some Export area.
• Answering incoming calls and requests.
• Supplying customers with information.
• Informing customers of pricing.
• Processing orders.
• Following up on quotes.
• Pro-active phone calls to promote our services and increase customer satisfaction.
• Supporting and collaborating with other departments and worldwide locations to ensure deadlines are met.
• Performing general administrative tasks and supporting operational efficiency.
• Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support business objectives.
