Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable resource to coordinate UC project deployments and end-user support within the desktop computing environment. The role focuses on on-site/on-call assistance to ensure optimal service delivery across unified communications, video, and digital signage systems.

Responsibilities include leading voice/video infra deployments, cloud-based VoIP, and collaboration platforms, while collaborating with global teams to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience supporting Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Minimum 3 years experience in workplace/end-user service design and management, digital workplace solutions, and end-user collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate deployment of voice and video infrastructure, applications, and collaboration solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project implementation and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Deploy, configure, and support cloud-based VoIP and video conferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Poly phones, and AudioCodes SBCs.
• Deploy and support enterprise video streaming infrastructure and CDN solutions.
• Implement, manage, and support Digital Signage platforms and related technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and collaboration platforms to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable communication solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
