Job summary

Box IT Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) is seeking a Sr. Engineer to lead design, deployment, and operation of conferencing, events, and collaboration tools across global offices. You will identify gaps, implement improvements, and mentor peers while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You'll scale EU UCC processes, maintain vendor relationships (Zoom, Slack, RingCentral), and drive secure, high-performance infrastructure in a fast-paced AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with UCC systems in a large-scale corporate setup.
• Experience with control systems such as Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Neat, Zoom or QSC.
• Strong written and verbal communication across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment and operation of conferencing, events and collaboration tools.
• Identify gaps and implement strategic improvements to optimize UCC infrastructure.
• Coach peers, lead cross-functional projects, and drive tech decisions for Boxers worldwide.
• Coordinate EU model scaling for UCC operations across regional offices.
