Job summary

The Brandon Trust is seeking an experienced Enterprise Dual Site Manager to lead two social enterprises, Fired Up in South Gloucestershire and ClayArt in Plymouth.

This role combines commercial leadership with social impact, requiring line-management across two sites, budget oversight, growth initiatives and strong community partnerships. Travel between Bristol and Plymouth is expected.

• Experience leading teams across multiple sites or locations.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and support to Enterprise teams across two sites.
• Drive business performance, growth and continuous improvement.
• Support, coach and develop managers and team members to reach their potential.
• Build strong relationships with customers, community partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets and identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, health and safety and customer service.
• Lead projects and initiatives that strengthen our Enterprise offer and social impact.
• Balance commercial success with meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
• Support the continued development and future growth of Brandon Trust Enterprises.
