Warrens Bakery Limited is seeking an experienced Dual-Sited Store Manager to lead our teams across Shell Co-op Glastonbury and Shell Co-op Bridgwater. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role involves managing two stores, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service from launch to operation.

Ideal candidates will have prior management experience in food retail, be comfortable with early starts and weekend work, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and KPI focus to ensure

• Proven management experience in retail or food retail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the two-store team across Glastonbury and Bridgwater.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance by meeting sales, standards, people, and cost targets.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety through regular checks.
• Manage stock, merchandising, and product quality across both stores.
• Model excellent customer service and staff development.
