Job summary

Onside Advocacy in Worcester is seeking a Director of Income Generation and Enterprise to drive funding growth and social‑enterprise development across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. You will shape income streams, partnerships and strategic business initiatives with a view to expand impact.

You will lead the marketing and communications function, build external profile and report to the Chief Executive as part of the Executive Team, steering innovative opportunities and ensuring sustainable

Qualifications

Significant senior-level experience in growing income and social enterprises.
Strong understanding of fundraising, marketing and audience development.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnerships in a charity/third sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and diversify income streams including paid services and social enterprises.
Oversee marketing, communications and brand to raise external profile.
Lead executive-level strategy and sponsor buy-in with trustees and funders.
Build corporate partnerships and sponsorships to generate income.
Develop annual fundraising events and opportunities for growth.
