Standguide Group is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead 6–12 Employment Advisors, Employability Trainers and Local Recruitment Consultants across Bristol & Gloucestershire. You’ll drive performance, coaching, development and quality assurance while maintaining partner relationships and timely KPI reporting.

This role is field-based with a strong emphasis on internal leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team of Employment Advisors, Employability Trainers and Local Recruitment Consultants.
• Experience delivering coaching, development plans and performance improvement.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth running and productive team dynamics.
• Conduct periodic performance management meetings and development appraisals.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to staff for performance and instruction.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate development actions and training.
• Coordinate interactions with training providers to support team development.
• Offer expert advice on Better Off Calculations and related guidance.
• Manage absence, attendance, and leave records; support work-life balance.
• Disseminate information through team meetings and written communications.
• Uphold equality and accessibility; promote inclusive practices.
