The roles offer long-term live-in positions in a coastal setting. You will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, guest service, staff rosters, stock control and supplier management, ensuring high standards

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hotel or boutique hospitality environment.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the hotel.
• Guest hosting, reception and reservations.
• Breakfast and light bar food service.
• Bar operation and service.
• Staff rotas and team management.
• Stock control and supplier management.
