Premier Inn in Camborne is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to lead front-of-house operations across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant during your shift. You’ll motivate the team, run pre-shift briefings and ensure guest needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant.

• Help guests with questions and problems and resolve issues.
• Jump in to support different departments during busy periods.
• Maintain safety and smooth hotel operations.
• Work closely with Hotel Manager and leadership team.
