Paramount Personnel is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel in Looe, Cornwall. You will be responsible for delivering a warm, friendly, and relaxed dining experience to residents, guests, and locals, while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a passion for food and drink, strong relationships with customers, and the ability to work closely with a small team across breakfast, lunches, afternoon tea, and dinner.
