Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering commercial results.
• Experience managing a high-turnover hospitality or leisure operation.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, KPIs and profitability.
• Ability to drive revenue and control costs.

• Experience recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the site's day-to-day operation and commercial performance.
• Drive revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Set and manage budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Monitor P&L, labour costs, purchasing and cost control.
• Lead, develop and motivate a diverse hospitality team.
• Recruit, manage contracts, performance and staffing requirements.
• Introduce structure, accountability and clear performance standards.
• Maintain high operational, service and customer experience standards.
• Identify new revenue opportunities across dining, events and the wider operation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community.
• Shape and deliver the next stage of the business strategy.
