Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a critical twilight shift transitioning from day to night, ensuring best availability and shop floor standards across all departments.
• Lead and coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards while selling with personality and pride.
• Ensure the store remains safe and compliant with legal requirements during the night handover.
• Operate a rolling rota with 5 shifts over 7 days, including weekends, from 14:00 to midnight.
