Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Wheatley is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead our late shift transition from day to night, ensuring top stock availability and shop floor standards across all departments while maintaining safety and compliance.

You’ll be part of the leadership team, working a rolling rota with 5 shifts over 7 days, including weekends, from 14:00 to midnight. Strong people leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Willingness to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the twilight shift, transitioning from day to night, ensuring great availability and high shop floor standards.
• Coach and lead colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
• Ensure shopfloor is presentable and ready before handover to night team; drive trading activity during twilight hours.
• Foster development and resilience within the team, promoting ownership and a supportive environment.
