Asda in Belfast is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead a critical shift from day to night, ensuring best availability and high shopfloor standards across all departments. You will keep the store safe and compliant for customers and colleagues while driving performance on the twilight transition.

The role requires supervising teams, taking independent decisions, and developing staff within a fast-paced retail environment, with a rolling 5-in-7 shift pattern including weekends.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach colleagues to deliver high shopfloor standards with confidence and heart.
• Present and ready shopfloor before handing over to night team; ensure safety and legality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a critical twilight shift transitioning from day to night.
• Deliver great availability and top shopfloor standards across departments.
• Work a rolling rota with 5 shifts over 7 days, including weekends, 14:00–00:00.
