Job summary

Asda in Wheatley is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead the critical afternoon-to-night shift. You’ll ensure product availability, maintain shop floor standards across departments, and uphold safety and compliance for customers and colleagues.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll manage a rolling rota with 5 shifts over 7 days, including weekends, and coach colleagues to deliver great service with heart and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership presence.
