Asda Stores Ltd in Wisbech is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead the critical shift from day to night, ensuring great availability and high shop floor standards across all departments, while maintaining safety and legal compliance for customers and colleagues. You will work a rolling rota with 5 shifts over 7, including weekends, from 14:00 to midnight.

The role requires strong leadership, decision making, and a customer‑focused approach to drive continuous improvement and team development

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make independent decisions with a hands-on approach.
• Comfort with developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the twilight shift from 14:00 to midnight.
• Ensure availability, stock presentation and KRAs are met.
• Coach colleagues and team leaders to uphold store standards.
• Drive efficient processes while maintaining safety and compliance.
