Asda is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead a critical afternoon-to-night shift at our store in Reddish. You will drive availability, maintain shopfloor standards, and ensure safety and legality while guiding a small leadership team across departments.

You’ll operate a rolling 5-shift pattern over 7 days, including weekends, and play a key role in delivering a smooth handover to the night team with strong customer focus and loss-prevention awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in grocery/retail environments.
• Ability to make decisions independently and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the twilight shift, ensuring high availability and shopfloor standards.
• Coach and support colleagues and team leaders to maintain great customer service.
• Ensure the shopfloor is ready before handover to the night team.
