Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead the twilight shift, ensuring we deliver the best availability and highest shop floor standards while keeping the store safe and compliant. You will work a rolling rota delivering 5 shifts over 7 days between 14:00 and midnight.

The role requires hands-on decision making, coaching of colleagues and leaders, and a focus on improving processes and customer service to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus and flexibility for twilight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the twilight shift to maintain great availability and standards.
• Coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shop-floor performance.
• Ensure store safety, legality, and a presentable handover to the night team.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer service.
