Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor is seeking a Permanent Housekeeping Front Line Lead to lead a team of housekeepers and cleaners, ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless and guest-ready. The role is full-time, on-site with hourly pay and varied shifts.

You will lead by example, managing stock, health and safety, and training the team to meet high cleanliness KPI targets, delivering excellent guest interactions and a welcoming environment for overnight guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a supervisory position in a hotel setting is essential
• Proven experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel or alterative overnight accommodation function
• Confident and comfortable to use cleaning equipment and chemicals, ideally with experience of reviewing COSHH and Risk Assessments
• Experience leading a team is advantageous
• This is a physical, hands‑on role so you will be comfortable to be on your feet undertaking physical work for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Drive the team to deliver excellent guest interactions and welcoming rooms and public areas
• Be a knowledge holder of health and safety policies and monitor stock levels
• Ensure thorough and timely room inspections and staff training/assessment
• Support the People Team on employee relations concerns
