Job summary

Aethos London Shoreditch is seeking a Turndown Attendant to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including handling late requests and preparing rooms for new arrivals. You will perform light servicing, bed turning, replenishing teas and coffees, cleaning cups, and tidying bedrooms and bathrooms, while supporting the day team with linen and stock replenishment.

THE ROLE

As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests stay is comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, you will also service all late requests and prepare late check-out rooms for the new arrivals.
