Aethos London Shoreditch is seeking an Evening Housekeeping Supervisor to delight guests with exceptional service and a homely atmosphere. You will lead an energetic team, ensure rooms meet brand standards, and adapt to guest preferences.

This role offers development, exposure to a luxury lifestyle boutique hotel, and the chance to learn Opera, KnowCross, Fourth and MS Office within a supportive training culture. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar lifestyle boutique hotel or fine dining setting.
• Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and lead a team.
• Strong English communication and guest service focus; training provided.

THE ROLE

As an Evening Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring guest rooms are prepared in line with hotel and brand standards
• Training, supporting, and developing an amazing team
• Learning your guests likes and dislikes to personalise their experience
• Managing schedules and embedding the brand standards and values within your team
• Get to know your team to assign duties based on abilities and daily requirements, maximising team efficiency
• Listen to your team, ensure they are happy & have everything they need to achieve their very best and enjoy their work!

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
• Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
• Strong leadership skills & excellent customer service focus
• Good command of the English language
• Working knowledge of Opera, KnowCross, Fourth, and Microsoft Office is beneficial, but excellent training will be provided!
