Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the area of internal combustion engine development, you will work on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain. Your task is to develop maximum performance and efficiency of the engine in the areas of combustion, turbocharging, and calibration, while ensuring reliability. You will perform development measures during the concept, design, commissioning, and testing phases.
