Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
Your responsibilities include working on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain, focusing on maximizing engine performance and efficiency in combustion, turbocharging, and calibration, while ensuring reliability. You will perform development measures during concept, design, commissioning, and testing phases.
