Job summary

Sonar, the leader in AI code review and verification, seeks a proactive Account Success professional to expand adoption and deepen trusted advisory relationships across enterprise accounts.

You will listen to customer pains, translate them into actionable plans, and collaborate with Sales and Product to align the roadmap with customer needs, while promoting continuous code quality and security across deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software development or DevOps engineering.
• At least 5 years in pre- or post-sales customer-facing activities.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow usage of Sonar within Accounts.
• Increase Account Sonar maturity and reduce churn.
• Actively listen to customer pains and formalize requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Product to align roadmap.
• Evangelize Sonar methodology to govern continuous quality and security.
• Run QBRs with Account Sales representatives.
