Job summary

FRENCH SELECTION (FS) is seeking a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor based in Watford. The role requires fluency in Italian and another European language, with experience in customer service or sales support.

You will manage inquiries, process orders from enquiry to delivery, handle accounts and documentation, and coordinate deliveries while liaising with other departments. Hybrid working with regular office attendance is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and another European language.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support.
• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage existing accounts and client contract information in the database.
• Prepare payment documentation, quotations and credit or debit notes.
• Coordinate deliveries in line with client requirements and update client accordingly.
• Liaise with other departments regarding client requirements or changes.
