Job summary

The Language Business is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Executive in Sunderland, operating on a hybrid basis (4 days in the office). You will own a portfolio of business accounts, acting as the main contact for Italian-speaking customers and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end order lifecycles, coordinating stock and logistics, and providing proactive updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service or order management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Confidence managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills with SAP experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for business customers.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle – from placement to fulfilment.
• Organise and track orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate stock allocation, logistics, and distribution centre requirements.
• Provide regular updates to customers and resolve issues proactively.
• Process order changes, cancellations, credits, debits, returns, and value-added services.
