Job summary

Leidos is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) at RAF Lakenheath, UK to educate beneficiaries and process enrollments for the TRICARE Overseas Program. The role supports active-duty members and families, with emphasis on accuracy and privacy.

Responsibilities include enrollment processing, PCM updates, education and claims assistance, and data recording. Strong English, MS Office skills, and customer service experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in customer service and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits and enrollment for TRICARE and DOEs/MHS Genesis.
• Follow PCM changes per MTF guidelines and updates.
• Provide TRICARE education and help with enrollment, claims, and services.
• Assist with basic claims status and information.
• Lead informational briefings for events and processing steps.
• Document daily activities and PHI in required systems.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and complete training.
