Job summary

Leidos at RAF Croughton, UK, is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative to support active-duty members and families. You will verify enrollments, update PCM data, and guide beneficiaries on benefits, enrollment, and claims in person or by phone.

You will handle basic claims updates, conduct informational briefings, and maintain secure PHI handling while meeting HIPAA requirements and program standards. A strong customer service background is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• SOFA/Command-Sponsored status as a dependent of an active-duty service member, DoD employee, or U.S. contractor supporting the DoD.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1).
• Three or more years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify Benefits & Enrollment using DOEs and MHS Genesis.
• Make PCM updates following MTF guidelines.
• Educate beneficiaries on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims.
• Provide basic claims status updates and support.
• Lead informational sessions for events such as in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
• Record daily activities and OHI information in systems.
• Assess issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality; complete required training.
