Decypher is seeking a licensed clinical social worker for an onsite role at RAF Lakenheath, England. You will perform psychosocial assessments, counseling, psychotherapy, and evidence-based behavioral health treatment in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The position requires a CSWE-accredited MSW, BLS, active LCSW license, and at least 2 years post-MSW clinical experience; US citizenship is required. Relocation and visa sponsorship are provided by Decypher.

Competenze

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Social Work fully accredited by the CSWE.
• Current full, active, unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW.
• 2 years post-MSW experience in a clinical/treatment setting within the last 3 years.
• BLS certification is required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate referrals to community and Government services.
• Independently assess psychosocial functioning and create treatment plans.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to diverse clients.
• Apply CBT/PE/EMDR training in clinical care where required.
• Use medical and mental health diagnoses and treatment procedures appropriately.
• Provide counseling/psychotherapy to individuals, groups, families and children.
• Work within licensed privileges and provide staff consultations.
• Participate in peer review, research, or other professional activities.
