• Benefits Data Management: maintain the Amplify benefits database and ensure data accuracy.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: develop dashboards and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Benefits Governance and Administration: support recording, monitoring, and reporting of benefits.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships and communicate benefits performance clearly.
• Knowledge Management and Systems: manage the Benefits SharePoint site and improve reporting capabilities.
• Safety and Compliance: promote safety and comply with governance requirements.
• Principal Accountabilities: ensure data integrity and timely management information.
