Job summary

Durham County Council is inviting applications for a Triage Advisor with DurhamEnable, based in County Durham. You will be the first point of contact for referrals into the programme, carrying out initial assessments and guiding participants towards suitable employment pathways.

• Help shape initial support plans and ensure smooth transitions into the right support.
