DurhamEnable is seeking a passionate Triage Advisor to join the Connect to Work programme. You will be the first point of contact for referrals and carry out initial assessments to understand needs, prioritise support, and signpost to relevant services.
You will work with the Team Leader to guide participants into the right employment pathway and build strong relationships with participants, families and employers.

Connect to Work is the government’s new flagship employment programme under the Get Britain Working strategy. Running across England and Wales until March 2030, it’s designed to help disabled people, those with health conditions, and individuals facing complex barriers into meaningful, sustainable employment—using the proven Supported Employment model.
