Job summary

CPSL Mind is hiring a Connect to Work Triage Co-ordinator in Peterborough with hybrid working. The role is 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £27,113 per annum (April 2025). You will triage referrals, perform pre-assessments, and hand over eligible cases to specialist services, while signposting others to local providers.

The post requires empathy, strong communication, and data reporting, working with CPSL Mind and partner organisations to help people enter, return to, or stay in work.

Qualifications

• Empathy and understanding to support individuals with diverse needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem solving and ability to overcome barriers.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.
• Ability to adapt strategies to individual circumstances.
• Collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders.
• Maths and English GCSEs minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for referrals to Connect to Work.
• Oversee pre-assessment of eligibility against criteria.
• Ensure smooth handover of eligible referrals to employment services.
• Signpost ineligible referrals to local services and inform referrers.
• Check in calls for individuals who completed their plans.
• Maintain strong knowledge of CPSL Mind services and local groups.
• Support data collection and reporting against KPIs.
