Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (minimum GCSE level 4 or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Initial contact and pre-assessment of referrals within prescribed timeframe.
• Provide advice and signposting for ineligible referrals with proper recording.
• Ensure smooth handover of eligible referrals to specialist employment services.
• Maintain knowledge of CPSL Mind services and local providers to maximise referrals.
• Support data collection and reporting for KPIs.
• Handle general enquiries.
