TRGC seeks a Unit Manager for a 12-month cover at its airport restaurant. You will lead a busy team, drive profitability, and ensure seamless guest experiences from pre-dawn shifts onward. The role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a hands-on leadership style.

You’ll work within TRGC’s portfolio of brands, receive development opportunities, training, and a range of staff benefits, including meals and discount programs. The position emphasizes strong regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
• Solid hospitality management knowledge and front-to-back operations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and track KPIs.

What We’re Looking For In Our Unit Manager…

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
