Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced airport restaurant. This hands-on role focuses on leading a team to deliver excellent guest experiences from early morning shifts, with airport operations requiring adaptability and speed.

You’ll thrive in a busy environment serving diverse guests across multiple brands under TRG. You will drive service standards, manage day-to-day operations, and support training, onboarding, and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Hands-on experience of hospitality management.
• Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
• Understand Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Willing to share last 5 years of experiences and okay with a criminal record check.
