Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) in Scotland is seeking a Deputy General Manager to support the GM, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure a memorable guest experience from dawn to service completion.

You will drive profitability, oversee daily operations, and mentor staff across brands within TRG's portfolio, joining a dynamic team that values progression, inclusivity, and exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities
