Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager for an airport restaurant. You’ll lead a fast-paced team during early morning shifts and ensure smooth service as guests start their day.

Join TRG to develop your leadership, hit KPI targets, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while navigating Health & Safety and licensing requirements with confidence. You’ll contribute to day-to-day operations, staff development, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants.
• Hands-on hospitality management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving KPI goals and contributing to P&L.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
