The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking an Assistant Manager for an airport restaurant, with early shifts that start at the crack of dawn. You’ll lead a team to guarantee an outstanding guest experience and maintain service excellence during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
• Hands-on hospitality management experience.
• Proven ability to contribute to P&L and KPI targets.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Licensing Laws.

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Hands on experience of hospitality management.
• Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
