Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager in Manchester to lead a busy airport restaurant operation from early shifts. You’ll motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage day-to-day service with pace and attention to detail.

In this hands-on hospitality role you’ll drive performance, contribute to P&L and KPI targets, and ensure Health and Safety and Licensing compliance. If you’re communicative, organised and ready for a dynamic shift pattern, apply now.
