Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking an Assistant Manager for our bustling airport restaurant. This hands-on role leads a high-volume team from early shifts, ensuring guests receive an outstanding experience across every service window.

You will drive staff performance, manage operations and compliance with health and safety, licensing laws and brand standards, while actively contributing to P&L and KPI targets. Join TRG for development, meals and strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fast-paced, high-volume restaurants.
• Hands-on hospitality management experience with team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to P&L and KPI targets.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Licensing laws.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a busy airport restaurant team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift management, including early starts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and brand standards.
