Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Total Orthodontics Sutton Coldfield is seeking a friendly Treatment Co-ordinator to welcome patients and guide them through treatment decisions. This role is part-time and based at our Sutton Coldfield practice. You will conduct consultations, explain options and financing, and work with clinicians to ensure smooth patient journeys.

Qualifications

• Previous dental, orthodontic or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Conduct patient consultations and explain treatment options clearly.
• Help patients understand treatment plans and financing options.
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver an outstanding experience.
• Work closely with clinicians and the practice team to ensure smooth patient journeys.
• Manage enquiries and support appointment conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up communications.
