Job summary

Bupa UK Dental Care Newcastle Upon Tyne is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journey, work closely with clinicians, and deliver an outstanding patient experience in a friendly, supportive team.

You will manage patient communications, support the Practice Manager, coordinate appointments and referrals, and help develop patients’ confidence as you build lasting relationships. A willingness to learn and be part of a welcoming practice is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and provide support throughout their patient journey.
• Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.
• Record and monitor all implant referrals to the practice.
• Managing diary appointments and treatment schedules.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices.
• Co-ordinating meetings, educational programmes, study days, and open evenings.
• Reception duties.

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities

Skills And Experience

• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Previous administrative experience


• Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel


• Dental nursing experience desirable
