• Experienced Dental Nurse and/or Treatment Coordinator required.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient consultations and treatment journeys

• Following up on treatment enquiries and converting leads
• Supporting the clinician with patient communication and case acceptance
• Building strong patient relationships and ensuring outstanding customer service
• Working independently while contributing positively to the wider team

Practice: Windmill Orthodontics North Tynside - Rake Lane
Location: Unit 4, Rake House Farm, Rake Ln, North Shields NE29 8EQ
Position: Full-time
Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) Schedule:
Monday & Thursday - Afternoons only TCO duties
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - Full Days TCO Duties
Monday and Thursdays - Mornings Dental Nurse duties
Salary: Competitive *Depending on experience and qualifications
