Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Treasury leader to own global treasury, capital markets, and investor relations. You’ll design policy and execute funding strategies across currencies, entities, and regulators, reporting to the CFO. This is a high-impact role blending strategy and execution in a fast‑growing robotics company.

You’ll manage financing, FX hedges, data rooms, and investor communications, while building scalable treasury processes for rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Ability to manage FX and financial risk across multi‑entity and multi‑currency setups.
• Hands-on experience with bank account management and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Track record sourcing and negotiating debt facilities and strategic financing.
• Involvement in equity fundraising and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Own bank account management across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Forecast group and entity cash positions, borrowing needs, and available funds.
• Manage day‑to‑day liquidity, cash pooling, and intercompany funding.
• Design and execute the group's FX strategy; hedge currency exposures.
• Source and structure financing to extend runway and fund growth.
• Lead investor relations, updates, and capitalisation reporting.
• Build and manage the data room for due diligence processes.
