Job summary

Sycomp is seeking a Director of Treasury to build and scale its global treasury function. You will lead FX risk management, liquidity optimization, intercompany funding, and treasury technology across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, reporting to executive leadership.

You will partner with the CFO and cross-functional teams to strengthen treasury controls, funding strategies, and governance while delivering measurable business impact in a remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP or treasury credential preferred.
• 8–10 years in progressive treasury/finance roles with global exposure.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global treasury operations and liquidity management.
• Oversee intercompany funding and in-house bank governance.
• Drive FX hedging strategy and financial risk management.
• Manage treasury system implementation and automation initiatives.
• Head banking relationships, covenant reporting, and financing strategy.
