Job summary

Humanoid is hiring a Treasurer to own our global treasury, FX strategy, and investor relations from London. You’ll design and run systems that keep the business funded, manage currency risk across entities, and support fundraising efforts.

You will lead bank account management, cash forecasting, and intercompany funding, while building robust controls and partner relationships to scale with international growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage FX and financial risk across a multi-entity, multi-currency group.
• Hands‑on experience with bank account management, banking platforms, and cash-flow forecasting.
• A track record of sourcing and executing financing—debt instruments, facilities, and/or strategic partnerships.
• Direct involvement in equity fundraising: pitch decks, investment memos, data-room management, and investor diligence.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with excellent written communication for investor-facing materials.
• A builder's mindset — comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
• Experience in a venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally hardware/robotics, or banking experience.
• Familiarity with cap-table management and investor-relations tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own bank account management across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Forecast group and entity-level cash positions, borrowing needs, and funds for investment.
• Manage day-to-day liquidity, cash pooling, and intercompany funding flows.
• Design and execute the group’s FX strategy and hedge currency exposures.
• Manage interest-rate and counterparty risk and monitor exposures.
• Maintain robust controls and reporting around treasury and risk activity.
• Source and structure financing to extend runway and fund growth.
• Develop strategic partnerships with CFO and commercial teams for financing terms.
• Lead equity fundraising: pitch decks, memos, and data-room management.
• Own day-to-day investor relations and updates with investors.
