Flutter Entertainment seeks a senior treasury leader to become Director of Treasury, Strategy, Risk, Policy and Compliance. You will partner with the Group Treasurer to define and drive a global treasury strategy, covering funding, risk management, policy and compliance for a fast-growing multinational business.

You will lead a multinational team and oversee policy, regulatory governance, SOX controls, and treasury operations across regions, while partnering with external banks and rating

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in multinational treasury roles.
• Deep experience in debt capital markets.
• Strong policy, risk management and funding strategy knowledge.
• Governance, internal controls and regulatory awareness.
• Experience in treasury aspects of M&A.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive global treasury strategy.
• Oversee funding strategy and capital structure.
• Manage risk management, reporting and monitoring.
• Own policy and compliance framework including gaming licences.
• Lead relationships with banks and rating agencies.
• Oversee cash management and onboarding of banks.
• Lead treasury involvement in M&A.
• Develop the Strategy, Risk, Policy and Compliance team across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with Treasury Finance Technology.
