Job summary

Cleo is building the world's first AI financial assistant. We are hiring a Head of Treasury (L5) to own liquidity, forecasting, and treasury governance across multiple currencies and lending facilities.

You will scale treasury operations, lead the FX hedging program, and partner with Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering to drive robust financial infrastructure. The role reports to the VP of Finance in a fast-growing, unicorn fintech with global reach and ambitious liquidity needs.

Qualifications

• Built or transformed a treasury function in fintech or regulated finance.
• Deep understanding of treasury operations in multi-currency, multi-facility contexts.
• Strong forecasting, controls, and policy design.
• Experience partnering with Capital Markets and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Own group-wide liquidity strategy and cash forecasts.
• Manage daily cash positioning, treasury operations, and facilities funding.
• Strengthen cash controls, audits, and treasury governance.
• Define treasury systems roadmap and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional operating rhythms for cash movements.
• Own FX strategy, hedging policy, and exposure reporting.
• Hire and grow treasury operations as the business scales.
