Job summary

Northern Data is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own Group liquidity, cash management, FX exposure and payment processes within a fast-growing, multinational environment. You will develop the Treasury function, manage the Treasury Management System, and partner with Finance and BI teams to deliver accurate cash forecasting.

The role requires 5+ years in treasury within scale-ups or fintech, strong data skills, and the ability to coach a junior team while delivering improved treasury

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury experience in a multinational scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Track record of maturing treasury functions (TMS usage, cash pooling, in-house bank).
• Solid FX risk management with exposure analysis and hedging in a multicurrency group.
• Comfort operating with uncertainty and limited processes while injecting structure.
• Strong data abilities to translate treasury needs for BI/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Group liquidity, cash management, and intercompany funding.
• Develop and optimise the Treasury Management System and bank connectivity.
• Manage FX exposure and formalise the Group FX policy.
• Lead centralised, compliant Group payment processes and forecast accuracy.
• Mentor a Treasury Analyst and drive junior talent development.
